Donations 
- On campuses where we already have established relationships, gifts of any size are welcome, allowing donors to contribute to reliable programs with faculty and students we know.
- To form a NATIONAL REVIEW Collegiate Giving Club at a new school may require combined donations totaling around $10,000. We particularly encourage you to contact or refer us to other like-minded alumni from your school so they can help expand and multiply the effect of your gifts.
- We do not encourage donors to make endowment gifts; instead, we recommend gifts designed to be monitored and spent over several years. Multi-year donations receive a tax deduction up-front, while being protected against the vagaries of university politics and priorities. In addition, there are no fees until the funds are spent.
- Colleges and universities typically charge 20-25% overhead on endowment expenditures - more than double the best-practices rate for foundations. Our fees are below the typical overhead of the best foundations and go toward providing the kind of services normally only available to those with the resources to create and manage a private foundation.
